Finest Stay Marbella offers an annual property management service to clients wishing to ensure that their property runs smoothly and efficiently.
Each client is assigned a dedicated property manager who is responsible for:
- being familiar with the property and its requirements
- carrying out frequent property visits
- coordinating & managing gardeners, pool maintenance & cleaners
- providing regular updates (including highlighting any anticipated issues/works)
In addition to regular updates, your property manager also provides in-person client meetings throughout the year to walk through the property in detail to facilitate communication.

Whether you are offering your holiday home to family and friends or renting your property to guests, managing this process from abroad can be stressful and time consuming.
In our experience, one of the secrets to a successful and enjoyable property rental experience is the ability to anticipate guest needs. As such, Be Our Guest Key Club members will be taken through an initial property inspection meeting to ensure that the property has all the amenities needed for a positive guest experience. We will then provide advice and support in home preparation.

- Coordinate guest communications & point of contact
- Prepare property for guest arrival
- Secure key collection & guest check-out property inspection
- Coordinate cleaning services
- Meet & greet guests at property (including deposit collection)
- Provide ad hoc repair and maintenance services should unforeseen works be required
- Advice to ensure property meets requirements set by the Junta de Andalucia
